01Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Glintdesk, you ("you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Glintdesk is provided by Towardway Intelligence Computing Limited ("Glintdesk", "we", "us"). If you use Glintdesk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use Glintdesk.
02Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at security@glintdesk.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to create a Glintdesk account.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to use Glintdesk to:
- Access systems you are not authorized to access.
- Deliver malware, run unsolicited bulk messaging, or otherwise attack third parties.
- Circumvent security features, rate limits, or relay quotas.
- Reverse-engineer Glintdesk, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights or publish unlawful content through Glintdesk.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.
04Plans & billing
Glintdesk Free is offered at no charge. Glintdesk Premium and Glintdesk Team are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through PayPal, Stripe, or an invoicing arrangement.
Fees are quoted in US dollars, exclusive of taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled before renewal. Promotional prices apply only for the period stated at checkout.
05Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your PayPal account or by emailing billing@glintdesk.com. Team plans require 30 days notice before the end of the current billing term.
06Intellectual property
Glintdesk and all related trademarks, logos, and software are owned by Towardway Intelligence Computing Limited. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Glintdesk in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you transmit through Glintdesk. Because your content is end-to-end encrypted, we receive no license to access or use it.
07Disclaimers
Glintdesk is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Remote access inherently depends on networks we do not control. We do not warrant that Glintdesk will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet a specific latency target.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glintdesk and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.
09Termination
You may stop using Glintdesk at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, create legal risk for us, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive termination.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong unless a mandatory local law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
